REFUND POLICY
Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which applies only to items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item category was sent. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
Damages and Issues (48-Hour Inspection) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging to support@dreambundle.shop.
Definition of "Wrong Item" A "Wrong Item" is defined as receiving a completely different product category or bundle theme than what was ordered (e.g., ordering a "Pink Dream Bundle" but receiving a "Blue Stationery Kit"). Please note: Minor variations in specific illustrations, patterns, or prints on individual components within the bundle (such as different designs on pens, bookmarks, or stickers) do not qualify as a "Wrong Item" or a defect. These items are curated based on current stock, and specific artwork may vary from the listing photos.
Returns Process If your return is accepted due to damage or an incorrect item, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items must be sent to the following address: 8549 Glenhaven St Apt D, San Diego, CA 92123, United States.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or simply because the customer no longer wants the item. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as sleep masks, beauty products, or personal care goods are final sale and cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the photos of your damaged/defective item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
