Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Dream Bundle By Tina! We want to make sure your cozy mystery book package arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Because each Blind Date with a Book and stationery bundle is handpicked, customized to your preferences, and beautifully gift-wrapped by hand, please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (via USPS / UPS)

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Total time to receive your order = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order is packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Damages, Lost Packages, and Carrier Liability
Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS), the title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. Dream Bundle By Tina is not liable for products damaged, delayed, or lost during transit.

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
